Kurt is a stalwart of the Foundry, with 25 years of service, he has worked in every division of the business. While leading the team to new heights, he is still very active in sales roles.

As our Foundry Consultant, Lincoln has the responsibility of coaching and leading various teams, utilising his 35 years of foundry experience. 

Manish works closely with the NZ team, as our Indian based Metallurgist and Quality Control Team Leader. Manish has a huge amount of experience, having worked in the foundry industry all his life. His coordination of our facilities and staff in India is second to none.

Christiaan may be new to the foundry industry but his fresh approach to the team, along with his range of new systems and processes, is already streamlining our R&D department. This is important as R&D is at the heart of the foundry.

As Project Manager, Christiaan embodies our mantra that “your casting problems become our challenge to resolve.” If you haven’t already touched base with Christiaan, please reach out and he will lead you through any casting challenges or design opportunities you may have.

With a background in people management and administration, Kelsey brings her extensive experience within the customer service sector to the foundry team. As our International Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator, Kelsey offers a broad knowledge of operations and is the key link between production and supply.

Paulette originally joined the Milson team working in Logistics, providing her vast administration experience from her years working in the wine industry. Now, taking on the role of our Administration and Accounts Executive, Paulette looks after our receivables and payables, as well as managing the office and New Zealand sales and logistics. With extensive digital experience in both local and international business, Richard has joined the Milson Foundry team as our Digital Marketing Manager. From operating as a consultant for SMEs, to working in telecoms companies and digital agencies, Richard’s previous roles have all encompassed technology and marketing. He offers a razor-sharp focus to data-driven commercial performance, while bringing together creative marketing and innovative technology solutions.

Greig is an integral part of the Milson Foundry Team, responsible for a large part of our pattern creation. With a vast, international experience in drafting and design, Greg brings key CNC and machining knowledge to his role at the Foundry.
